Position Overview
- Lead Group Student Session: Host an impactful meeting where you’ll share tried-and-true strategies for college applications, personal growth, and leadership development.
- Shape Future Leaders: By showcasing empathy, encouragement, and expertise, you’ll help students discover their own strengths and build confidence in their goals.
- Become Part of a Dynamic Community: You’ll connect with an alliance of mentors and EXACT Sports professionals committed to making a positive, lasting difference.
- Earn “Official Mentor” Certification: Complete a flexible online training (about 4 hours) to hone your mentoring skills, finalize a short video demo, and receive recognized certification that highlights your commitment to student success.
- Lead 1-on-1 Student Session: Provide direct mentorship counseling to a high school student in a short 30 minute conversation to help support them in their journey through HS and into college.
