From building a professional resume and crafting your personal brand to mastering sports analytics and understanding the business side of athletics, you’ll gain practical tools that are invaluable in any career path.

The following is a sample itinerary. Each day is designed to inspire, educate, and empower the next generation of leaders.
Morning:
Arrival in London and check-in at a premium hotel in central London.
Afternoon:
Welcome Reception: Meet and greet with facilitators, coaches, and fellow participants.
Evening:
Keynote Session: “Leadership and Excellence in Sports & Society” delivered by a UK-based professional athlete, sports leader, or thought leader.
Morning:
Guided Tour of University of Oxford: Explore the rich academic history and architecture of one of the world’s top universities.
Admissions Workshop: Led by Oxford admissions experts, focusing on personal statements, scholarships, and global applications.
Afternoon:
Free time to explore Oxford city center and iconic spots such as the Radcliffe Camera and Christ Church College.
Evening:
Group dinner in Oxford at a historic dining venue.
Morning:
Travel to Cambridge.Guided Tour of University of Cambridge: Explore its renowned colleges, libraries, and campuses.
Interactive Seminar: “The Role of Sports in Academic Excellence” led by Cambridge faculty members.
Afternoon:
Workshop on Sports Analytics: Hands-on session introducing advanced sports analytics and performance tracking.
Evening:
Return to London. Group dinner in a scenic location along the River Thames.

Afternoon:
Exclusive Seminar: Explore “The Role of Mental Resilience in Academic and Personal Success” led by Brunel University experts, focusing on overcoming challenges and excelling in high-pressure environments.
Evening:
Group Reflection Dinner: Enjoy dinner with program facilitators and peers, followed by a guided discussion on leadership lessons, personal growth, and achieving success in academics, sports, and life.
Morning:
Career Workshop: “Pathways Beyond Sports” with experts in sports medicine, analytics, and administration.
Learn resume-building, interview skills, and leveraging athletic achievements for college admissions.
Afternoon:
Hands-On Activity: Build a professional portfolio to highlight achievements, leadership, and sports milestones.
Evening:
Attend a live professional rugby or cricket match with guided insights into the sports’ operations.
Morning:
Capstone Presentations: Participants present group solutions to leadership and sports challenges.
Afternoon:
Certification Ceremony: Receive the Leadership in Sport & Society certificate, commemorating participation and accomplishments.
Evening:
Farewell Gala Dinner: Hosted at a prestigious London venue (e.g., The Shard or British Museum), celebrating participant achievements.
Morning:
Group breakfast and final reflections: Share highlights and leadership lessons from the trip.
Afternoon:
Departure for home with lasting memories, experiences, and newfound skills.
All lodging is included for registered participants! We take care of any and all lodging accommodations while you’re on the trip, so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
While student-athletes are fully supervised and are allowed to travel alone, parents are welcome (and encouraged) to participate. Parents (adult supervisors) will have the option to enroll with their student athlete after the student athlete’s registration.
We’ll be sure to send you information and pricing, accommodations, planning, etc. for parents will be the same as student athletes. *Please note- Non-Adult Supervisors (Under the age of 18) are not allowed as a registered participant of the trip in any fashion. This includes siblings and friends. Each athlete is allowed 2 adult supervisor to attend the trip.
Yes! Student Athletes are welcome to travel to the SAS Washington D.C. Educational Trip without an accompanying family member.
You must bring an updated valid PhotoID (Drivers License/State ID). This is essential to making sure that you have a great trip and no hiccups.
The bookings SAS makes for flights, accommodations, match tickets, academy trainings, live games, and more are nonrefundable to SAS, so because of this, we cannot offer cancellation insurance, but rather a cancellation timeline.
If you have to cancel or plans change for any reason, please keep in mind the timeline below.
– 50% refundable if canceled 12 weeks prior to departure
– 25% refundable if canceled 8 weeks prior to departure
– Non-refundable for cancellations made inside of 2 months prior to departure
