In addition to setting clear goals, prioritizing tasks is very relevant. Identifying tasks that are urgent and important in both your academic and personal endeavors really helps you stay on course. Use frameworks like the Eisenhower Matrix to categorize tasks as urgent, important, both, or neither. This will help you focus on what truly matters.

Creating a schedule, developing a daily or weekly schedule that allocates specific time blocks for your academic work, personal growth activities, and other commitments. Stick to this schedule as closely as possible to avoid wasting time. Utilize planners to achieve this goal, use a planner or digital tools to schedule your to-do lists, and keep track of your tasks and deadlines. This will help prevent tasks from piling up and ensure that you stay on top of your responsibilities. Also leverage on batching similar tasks, group similar tasks together, and complete them during dedicated time blocks.
